If you have experienced any technical problems with the web site that prevented you from viewing or purchasing our products, please follow these 5 easy steps:
- Create a new email window.
- Copy the URL (the web address at the top of your browser window) of the web page where you experienced problems and paste the URL into the blank email. (ex: http://www.ketubahtree.com/product.asp?productID=24&cat_name=Ketubah).
- If there is an error on the web page where you experienced problems, copy the error and paste that into the email as well. If there is no error, please provide a detailed description of the problem you experienced.
- Include the type of operating system your computer uses (ex: Windows 95, Windows XP) and the type of browser you were using (ex: Internet Explorer 5, Netscape Navigator 4, AOL 8).
- Send the email to webmaster@ketubahtree.com
