Envelope Addressing and Calligraphy

Thank you for requesting computerized calligraphy services for your invitations.   For our wedding invitation clients only, we offer coordination of computerized calligraphic services with an outside professional lettering company for a $75.00 service fee.  In addition to the per piece price list below, our  fee covers the coordination of your prepared guest list and/or return address on the envelope(s) and shipment of the envelopes to the calligrapher and back to our studio for final distribution to you. 

Instructions for Preparing your List for Computerized Calligraphic Lettering:

Compile and proof your list before providing it to us.  Whatever you have typed is what will appear on the envelopes.  Shell Artistree does not take responsibility for mistakes in the typing of your list.
Spell out all the state names, all street addresses (street, road, avenue, post office box, etc…).

Type in the following format (for Word document):

                  Mr. and Mrs. Jonathan Smith
                  Miss Jane Smith (names of children invited)
                  2345 Main Street #325
                  Fairfax, Virginia  22030
