Chuppot- General Information:

A. We will review the Chuppah Order Form for completeness and to determine if we have any questions regarding the information you have provided us.

B. If the Order Form is not complete, or if we have any questions regarding the information provided, we will contact you in order to confirm and finalize your order.

C. Because each chuppah is being custom hand painted just for you, all Chuppah orders require an initial non refundable deposit of $400.00.  We will process this deposit at the time you place your order with us. The balance will be due upon shipment of your chuppah.  
  
D. Once the information you have provided has been confirmed, the Order Form has been finalized, and we have received your deposit, we will provide you with an "Order Confirmation" by e-mail.

E. Your order will not be considered complete, and production of your order will not begin, until you have received an "Order Confirmation" from Shell Artistree.  Our goal is to process every order as soon as possible.  The timing of our processing of your order (and therefore your receipt of an Order Confirmation), however, depends on a number of factors, including the date of your event, the event dates of our other customers and backlog of orders.  As a result, you may not receive an Order Confirmation right away, but that does not mean we are unaware of your order.  Please feel free at any time to contact us about the status of your order.

F. Due to the one-of-a-kind custom nature of our chuppah collection, we regret that all chuppah sales are final and no refunds or returns are available once we ship your chuppah.

Chuppot - Cancellation of Your Order

We recognize that you may unexpectedly need to cancel your chuppah order after we have provided you with your "Order Confirmation".  Since your chuppah is being hand painted just for you, our policy states that we do require an initial non refundable deposit of $400.00 at the time the order is placed to cover our initial costs associated with this custom created product. This non refundable fee serves to cover our expenses in the unlikely event of a cancellation.


Chuppot- Product information:

• Each chuppah is hand painted on 100% silk, measuring approximately 6ft x 4ft. Each comes fully trimmed with a supple ivory double faced satin ribbon with extra lengths left at all four corners for decorative tying purposes.
• The chuppah is extremely lightweight and can be tied to any pole, branch, or frame with ease. Although we do not provide the chuppah poles, most florists are accustomed to creating chuppot for their Jewish clients and should have appropriate poles on hand.
• Chuppot colors are light and heat fast and can be preserved along with your wedding gown to save for future generations, or frame as is and hang in your home or over a bed for a one-of-a-kind heirloom canopy. We recommend professional storage with archival materials to protect your investment.
• Each chuppah is made to order to our specifications.  Although we offer several standard color palettes, no two are ever alike. Because this is a hand painted work of art, variations in color, tonality and texture are to be expected and are inherent in each piece.
• We have done our best to accurately show each design and representative color palette online, however please realize that due to the many computer configurations available today, variations in color accuracy from monitor to monitor are likely and the colors you are seeing on your screen may be different than the actual colors of the products.
